Building upon its excellence, ENAR has made a strategic decision to appoint an international sales representative. This appointment reflects the company’s dedication to expanding, to penetrate, and capitalize on the Lucrative ASEAN market by appointing a dedicated sales representative tasked with driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnership, and fostering brand loyalty.

Recruitment Process:

  • Indonesian Talent Search: Leveraged diverse recruitment channels, including industry networks, online platforms, and talent agencies, to identify candidates with a proven track record in sales and extensive knowledge of the ASEAN market.
  • Screening and Selection: Implemented a rigorous screening process to evaluate candidates’ sales acumen, English fluency, market and industry expertise, and alignment with ENAR values and vision.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conducted multiple rounds of interviews, including presentation and case study round to assess customer centric, problem-solving skills, negotiation, sales, and fit for the role.
  • Reference Checks: Conducted thorough reference checks to validate candidates’ professional backgrounds, performance history, and suitability for the position.
  • Final Selection: Collaboratively selected the most qualified candidate based on their demonstrated competencies, alignment with ENAR GROUP’s objectives, and potential for driving results in the ASEAN market.

Outcome:

  • Set up employer of Record: New international sales staff are currently working in the Double M Office due to ENAR’s lack of a physical representative office. Consequently, Double M has assumed responsibility for employment administration tasks, including arranging business visas, managing payroll, tracking attendance, handling social security benefits, managing contracts, covering business trip costs, paying international phone bills, and providing office space and desks for a period exceeding six months.
  • Training Development: New international sales hires participate in an onboarding session to receive training on company culture and product knowledge at our manufacturing facility in Zaragoza, Spain.
  • Building Relationships with existing distributors: at the first three months, new international sales focus on building relationship with primary distributors in Indonesia.  As a result, the new sales exclusive distributor renews the contract and commitments to repeat orders to ENAR for more than one year. 
  • Partnership Development: New international sales start cultivating strategic partnerships with potential distributors within Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Singapore. the sales representative’s efforts to raise brand awareness, expand market reach, and differentiate the company from competitors.
  • Operational Effectiveness: The sales representative collaborates closely with headquarters teams in Spain to streamline processes, optimize resources, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support services.
